Ground Ingredients

  1. Grind these ingredients roughly.

Mackerel Cutlets

  1. Clean the fish and steam for about 20 mins.
  2. After steaming remove the bones and flake it.
  3. Mix the flaked Tenggiri, mashed potatoes.
  4. Add in ground ingredients, curry powder, egg yolk, salt and sugar.
  5. Mix all in a mixing bowl.
  6. Make a round shape, dip it in the beaten egg white and coat it with golden breadcrumbs.
  7. Deep fry and drain.
  8. Serve with sliced lemon and large raw onion rings.

  • 3 large white onions
  • 8 fresh green chillies
  • 3” fresh ginger
  • 1 bundle corrinader leaves
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

  • 1 kg potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • oil
  • bread crumbs (grind to make finer)
  • eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • sugar, to taste
